picked up my new Redwood yesterday and I must say it was a very enjoyable
experience! Of course Wayne was very professional and helpful as usual. What a
wonderful man. Gail was also very helpful with the paperwork and even before I
arrived by keeping me updated on the delivery of the rig and scheduling a time
to pick it up. The guys in service, what
a GREAT team! Jeremy was like my best
friend. He was very patient and thorough
during the PDI, and worked hard, I mean even on his hands and knees to make
sure all of "my" issues were resolved. Cory did a great job on
installing an extra outlet in a difficult spot, fixing the pull-out desk,
adjusting the door, and gosh all kinds of other issues. Mike and Steve jumped right in and worked to
remove spots, replace hose hangers and assist as needed. Trent, was very helpful in obtaining readable
instructions for the keyless lock system, initiating a warranty claim on the
bedroom and helping out in other areas. These service guys worked HARD up to 4
PM to make sure all of my needs were met. This is the third new rig I have
purchased and I must say, I have never had such a pleasurable experience. My hat is off to the entire team at Lifestyle
and will certainly tell everyone who inquires about my rig or service on their
rig of my great experience at Lifestyle RV.

I wanted to email and comment on my recent experience at
Lifestyle RV. I want to start with the salesman Richard. My first visit Richard
was helpful and informative that listened to what I was saying and never used
pressure to make a sale. He offered ideas and explained the different options
that I was not sure about. He made me feel comfortable and patient. Wayne as
well was helpful as we worked though the paperwork. My walk through was with
Ozzy. Ozzy showed me all the options and how to operate my new unit. He was professional and patient and helpful
he raised my level of comfort as I drove away with my Refection.
I really want to praise Neal in the service dept. I have had 2 minor issues with my Reflection
on both occasions I called and talked to Neal about the issue. I am parked across the highway and live part
time in my unit and on both occasions Neal has allowed a tech to come over and
make the quick repairs. This for me is very helpful. He has gone above and
beyond top rated customer. Service.
The best decision I made was walking into Lifestyle RV
and making this purchase. Everyone in your dealership has exceeded my
expectations. I have talked to others I work with that have purchased travel
trailers and none have had the experience I have had thank you everyone! Rest
assured you have a customer for life.
Wayne, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of the help you gave the Woolf family. When we started this process, we did not know a single thing about RVs, but with you and the other employees help it turned out to be a great experience. It was great the amount of time that Jeremy took in showing us all of the features and he has even called to give me some updates on accessories that we purchased. I will no question send people I know to do business with you guys.

Richard was very helpful, courteous, and patient. I have called the service department a couple of times with questions about some of the features our camper has and they have been more than helpful.
